Above Barbados were asked by Sagicor to film the 2016 Globe-athon Barbados event.

Although the brief was to fly aerial we ended up covering the event with an array of cameras -

• two aerial crews to cover seperate points of the run/walk, utlising remote controlled 3-axis gimbal drone platforms shooting in 4k high-definition
• rugged but lightweight action cameras placed on runners, walkers and fixed points on the course, shooting in high-definition at 60fps
• remote controlled boom operated steadycam shooting in high-definition

A final video was created from the footage for social media and Internet use along with aerial stills of the event.
