Our Code of Conduct

Above Everywhere are licensed & insured aerial video & photography specialists. Utilising remote-controlled quadcopters / multi-rotor UAVs / drones.

Our primary concerns while operating are the safety of people and property, and of course the safe return of the quadcopter to it's takeoff spot delivering exceptional aerial video and photographs for our clients.

The guidelines under which we operate are taken from the CAA and the FAA.

The Civil Aviation (CAA) in Barbados guidelines state:-

  • No flying within a 3 mile radius of Grantley Adams International Airport (see image).
  • No flying over a highway.
  • No flying over residential areas.

In addition, we follow a code of conduct when flying which includes the Federal Aviation Authourity (FAA) guidelines:-

  • Always keeping the quadcopter within line of sight of the operator/spotter.
  • Flying no higher than 400ft.
  • We will only fly over a property that is under our control.
  • We will not fly over crowds unless insured to do so.
  • We will not fly (recreationally) at night.
